Future Ready
Tertiary Students
Our Future Ready program centers on two vital themes: cultivating self-confidence and mastering core soft skills. We’re committed to empowering you to build a powerful personal brand and equip you with the essential skills to thrive as you transition from school to the workplace. Join us to unlock your potential and set yourself up for success!

1-1 Coaching
Research has shown that individual coaching creates a high degree of satisfaction and is superior in helping coachees attain their goals. Not only does coaching have positive effects on performance and skills, it improves well-being, coping, work attitudes, and goal-directed self-regulation.
Transformation Workshops
Designed around two themes; confidence building and core soft skills acquisition, our program will take you through six 90-minute workshops that include strengths exploration, communication styles and effectiveness and personal branding.
Small Group Mentoring
Along with individual coaching, group coaching has been shown to be effective in reducing procrastination and facilitating goal attainment. Group coaching has successfully promoted the acquisition of relevant knowledge.
Community Events
We understand that opportunities often arise through networks and those from more elite social classes typically gain access to opportunities that matter economically and in the longer-term. Our mission is to level the playing field and promote equitable access through community events.
"Charmaine was my mentor under the NUS Uplift Programme. It has been a privilege to have her guidance, which empowered me to navigate a professional environment. To achieve our goal of securing a goal internship, we held multiple sessions to explore how I could demonstrate the company’s values in interviews.
I discovered that skills I thought irrelevant became strong examples during interviews. After applying these concepts, I received multiple offers from companies.
As students, we often lack mentorship in our academic journeys. It has been an honor to grow with Charmaine, and I highly recommend reaching out to her if you face similar challenges. I’m confident you can overcome many barriers together."
