At Grit to Great, we are dedicated to advancing economic equity by empowering underserved youth with the confidence and critical soft skills necessary for successful career readiness and social mobility. Our innovative program combines personalized coaching, small group mentoring, and a comprehensive series of workshops to create a transformative experience over a committed six-month period. Beyond skill-building, Grit to Great connects members to valuable industry and social networks through exclusive tours and events, providing these young adults with the opportunities they need to thrive.

A note from our founder
At the age of five, I wrote letters to my cousin who was studying abroad. She later offered me her apartment when I needed a quiet space to prepare for my A-Levels. During my penultimate year at university, when my dad lost his income as the sole breadwinner of the home, she connected me with her network, which led to a bursary that covered my final year undergraduate fees. I did not know it then, but I had found my first role model and mentor.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with remarkable leaders and coaches here and abroad who recognized my potential, advocated for me, and pushed me to think critically and aim higher. Their guidance and opportunities have been invaluable, which is no wonder why I’ve always gravitated toward leadership roles.
Having attended neighbourhood schools and faced several significant obstacles along the way, I’ve discovered that grit and gratitude are a potent combination for success. Now, I’m committed to giving back and supporting others on their journeys to success.

Chief Learning OfficerAt the heart of my work as a Corporate Training Consultant lies a deep commitment to empowering individuals with new knowledge, new skills, and fresh perspectives. I believe that growth happens not just in knowing, but in understanding and applying that knowledge in meaningful ways.
I've been privileged to collaborate with diverse groups across various cultures and job experiences, enriching my approach and broadening my horizons. Working with large, matrixed organizations, I've had the opportunity to design and deliver training programs that inspire, challenge, and ultimately transform the way people work and think.
My journey has been one of constant learning and sharing, driven by the passion to see others succeed.
