Early Career Professionals
Ages 21-25
Transitioning into your first official career can come with its own set of challenges and adjustments. Our program is designed to equip you with the skills and tools needed to navigate the workplace, excel in your role, and boost your visibility.

1-1 Coaching
Research has shown that individual coaching creates a high degree of satisfaction and is superior in helping coachees attain their goals. Not only does coaching have positive effects on performance and skills, it improves well-being, coping, work attitudes, and goal-directed self-regulation.
Transformative Workshops
Designed around two themes; confidence building and core soft skills acquisition, our program will take you through six 90-minute workshops that include strengths exploration, communication styles and effectiveness and personal branding.
Small Group Mentoring
Along with individual coaching, group coaching has been shown to be effective in reducing procrastination and facilitating goal attainment. Group coaching has successfully promoted the acquisition of relevant knowledge.
Community Events
We understand that opportunities often arise through networks and those from more elite social classes typically gain access to opportunities that matter economically and in the longer-term. Our mission is to level the playing field and promote equitable access through community events.
"I struggled to express myself in professional settings and needed guidance to improve. Charmaine effectively addressed my weaknesses and helped me set career goals.
Through our exercises, I learned the value of vulnerability, which helped me stand out in interviews. I applied this concept and received multiple offers from companies. It was enlightening to realize how some of my skills, which I thought irrelevant, became strong examples in interviews.
Thanks to Charmaine's guidance, I feel more confident in my self-discovery journey and will carry these key learnings into my professional endeavors."
